This vision is realized through intentionally assisting the veteran population by providing housing, education, workforce development, medical and behavioral healthcare services. ACS also provides a robust portfolio of college campus construction options with a primary focus on historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs).

Vice President of Operations
Monique provides executive leadership in developing systems and partnerships to assure that our processes are efficient and profitable. Furthermore, Monique manages all aspects of construction delivery services for the company. Ms. Zalsoz has extensive experience in the building construction as well a the utilities industry.
